Curbside Pick-up, Shipping & Return Policies

Curbside Pick-up

Curbside pick-up is available Mon-Sat 10:30am-5pm or by appointment. Choose Free Curbside Pick-up during checkout and we will put your order together. Put a note in the checkout form or contact us by email or phone as to when you want to pick your order up. Then call us when you’re in the back parking lot and we will put you’re package out on the back table. We’ll smile and wave – we’d rather hug but we’re trying to be good. Then you can pick up you package. Don’t forget to honk when you leave the parking lot. WE MISS YOU!

Shipping Info

Our shipping method is United States Postal Service Priority Mail for all orders that choose Flat Rate Shipping at checkout. The delivery time on this packages is typically 2-4 Business days, pending unexpected delays which we have no control over. You will receive tracking information via email (to the email address you provided at checkout) when your order ships so you can track your package as it travels to you.

Shipping Liability: During the holidays or busy season, delivery times do increase due to the package volume mail carriers experience so PLEASE order early or allow plenty of time for package to travel to its location. If your order seems late in arrival, please refer to the tracking information we provide you. If your package tracking indicates it is “delivered” and you cannot locate your package, you should check with your local postal office and possibly file a claim with that office if they are unable to locate your package. Your package is insured up to a certain limit with Priority Mail. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it leaves our store but we will help track it.

Damaged
or
incorrect product

Although we do our best to ship the correct item and size, sometimes we make a mistake. No worries, we will do everything in our power to make it right.

Damaged or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Please email sales@beautifulonlineboutique.com or call 530-273-0054 and provide us with the following information;

Your order number
Description of problem &/or picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received.

Product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refunded.

Return Policy

During the Covid-19 Quarantine Period our Return Policy is as follows:

We would be happy to refund or exchange your regularly priced online purchase(s) for up to 2 weeks. Call ahead and let us know how we can help. Then either ship your items back to us (we suggest trackable shipping) or bring back your item(s) to our store. If you prefer to do this Curbside just call us an let us know. We will promptly issue a refund or exchange.
